Celebrating 5 Years of Concept Projects Group

Celebrating 5 Years of Concept Projects Group

Today, August 21, 2023, marks a significant milestone as we celebrate 5 years of Concept Projects Group!

In 2018, our co-Managing Directors, Andy Barker and Steve Tunstall, turned their vision into a thriving reality. From humble beginnings, we have grown from a team of two into a dynamic team of 23. With over 50 years of combined industry experience in mechanical, electrical, and process engineering disciplines, our team has the expertise to deliver projects of any scale and complexity to the highest standard.

Over the last 5 years, we’ve had the privilege of collaborating with many blue-chip companies across a diverse range of industries. From food and beverages to pharmaceuticals and construction, our comprehensive services have made us a sought-after solution in engineering project delivery.

Within our client portfolio lie esteemed companies such as Unilever, Quorn, Ipsen, Arla, Alpla, Chep, John West, Coty, Lanxess, and more. This diversity of industries has allowed us to broaden our expertise and understanding of their unique challenges and requirements.

Although we’ve grown significantly, our core company values have remained a constant guiding force. Our values of safety, quality, environment, people, integrity, and customer satisfaction have underpinned every project and decision we’ve undertaken. In the 5 years we’ve been operating, we are proud to have had zero lost time accidents or first-aid cases on any of our projects.

As we celebrate 5 years of Concept Project Group, we’re reminded of our core vision: to become the biggest and best quality engineering projects provider in the North West of England. We are committed to achieving industry-recognised excellence and becoming a leading disruptor who has changed the environmental landscape for the manufacturing sector.

Looking ahead to the next five years, we’ve set ambitious goals for Concept Projects Group. We are determined to double the size of our business, expand our client base, strengthen our presence in the dynamic North West region, and most importantly, become a carbon-neutral company. Our Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) strategy addresses where we can maximise our positive impact on our clients, the environment and society.

As we blow out the candles on our 5th birthday cake, we would like to thank our incredible team, clients, and partners who have stood by us every step of the way. Your support has been the driving force behind our journey, and we are excited to continue innovating and evolving – here’s to the next 5 years!
