Recently, support was provided to a leading aerospace company as part of a major capacity expansion programme. Mechanical engineering services were applied to install a fully equipped station with an integrated electrical and pneumatic environment.
The station was designed to support the full process of preparation, build, inspection, and panel storage for wing panel operations. The scope included design calculations for electrical and pneumatic loads, installation of control panels, pipework, electrical sockets, CAT-7 field wiring, and full commissioning and testing.
